Our on-farm butchery is the one and only outlet of Boyton Farm meat...period. Every animal grown on the farm, having returned from slaughter is chilled, hung and rested to further improve the flavour and tenderness.
From here on we have no process, no routine. The carcasses are butchered to your request and Mike, our in-house Butcher, can offer advice from the finest fillet cuts to the more exotic delectations.
